Well the mid year holidays are a long four week break for us. The boys have kept themselves busy doing all the things that the beautiful weather permits us to do...swimming, camping and hanging out with their friends.Jake went on his Junior Police Rangers camp to Goanna Park and learnt all about navigation and survival in the bush. He came back two inches taller and absolutely exhausted...just how we like it...quiet! TJ has had a very lucrative break, he managed to score a new tv and xbox and has been happily entertaining himself and friends with his new purchases.
Scott and I have shared staying at home with the boys over the break which has been great. I managed to finish my final major assignment in this time and am absolutely ecstatic that it is all over! Scott has kept the boys on track (or expelled some crazy energy) by making them do atleast 20 laps of the police pool every second day, two hour AFL sessions at the park and eshausting soccer drills.
All in all we have had a nice break and look forward to school starting on the 19th July.
